CNNMoney will host a Facebook live chat to help Americans understand what Obamacare means for them. People can start enrolling in the Obamacare insurance exchanges on Oct. 1. But many still have questions. How much will they have to pay? Where do they sign up? What happens if they don’t have insurance in 2014?
