Housing Indicators for September shows a stable and continued recovery:
Median Prices rose 29 percent to $145,000
Average Prices rose 21 percent to $184,907
New Listings increased 11 percent
Pending Sales were up 30 percent
Inventory Levels shrank 13 percent
Months Supply of Homes for Sale decreased 14 percent to 5.4
Days on Market decreased 22 percent to 70 days
Percent of Original Price Received increased 2 percent to 94.9 percent
