HB 335 by Rep. Dee Richard prohibits state agencies and employees from helping implement the Affordable Care Act, prohibits local governments from participating in or purchasing health insurance on the exchanges, and authorizes the state attorney general to sue to stop implementation.
HB 719 by Rep. Paul Hollis “provides for a three year moratorium on the implementation or enforcement of the ACA.”
