I’m listening to Pacifica Radio in New York.  Some more of Dr. Kings papers were just found. I just learned a few minutes ago that on the day of his death he phone Ebenezer with the title of what would have been his Sunday’s message,”Why  America will go to hell”. To the many People who thought he was too radical he said, “you may not like my message and you may get a foundation grant for your position, but it will not get you into the Kingdom of truth”. Wow! What a sermon that would have been, and quite appropriate for 2015. Funny, how we really have not made that much progress at all.
