I TOLD YOU ALL…to buy a home while you had a chance! Reg’s are getting more and more stringent! I believe this is a creative way to exclude some income groups from buying a home. So what will the government do with all this unused money for lending? Lowering the interest rate will not do it… Dumb, DISCRIMINATORY, DEVIOUS!
